I was most unhappy with my lower body as I was unable to fit into my favourite jeans and that was the final straw, I had to do something about this now! This meant I was also unable to fit into shorts I had worn only a year ago too. I ‘am in my late forties so I thought perhaps the weight gain was an age thing as I normally stayed around the same size. After discussing this with Luke he mentioned from a hormonal perspective why this weight gain was occurring and what to do about it, I was really impressed with his knowledge and passion. After training with Luke for a few months I noticed changes in my legs and butt as my body shape was changing as I had toned up too. I dropped a dress size which was my objective and was back to fitting into all of my clothes again.
