I have been training with Luke for about 18 months now and before I decided to train with him I starting to think I would never lose this unwanted weight gain as I believed I had tried everything. Having been slim most of my life all that changed after having a child and even though I had only put on a few kilograms I wanted to get back to where I was pre pregnancy and firm up. After only 6 weeks I noticed quite a change in my body shape and then another 6 weeks I had actually achieved my goal. I’ve really enjoyed the training and unlike the past I now actually look forward to exercise and maintaining my results and staying fit and firm.
