I have been training with Luke for just over 12 months doing a range of training methods that I have never done before and these methods have given me the results I have always wanted. It didn’t take long before I started seeing results. Over this time training with Luke has not only helped me lean up, build strength and achieve defined muscle tone but also instill a new great confidence in myself. I have also acquired a very thorough understanding of exercise technique and I believe this along with nutrition has been a key factor in getting the results I was looking for. I ‘am so grateful for these results and it goes to show anything really is possible.
