I couldn't recommend Bullseye Personal Fitness enough; their sessions are a real mix of cardio and strength carried out at various times during the day to suit our busy lifestyles. The sessions are never the same and are tapered to support our individual degrees of fitness and age. Because they're group sessions, it's a friendly environment full of encouragement and support. Luke also offers helpful advice re nutrition and lifestyle and makes it readily available on our Group VIP Members Page. I've personally achieved a significant amount of weight loss and increased level of fitness thanks to Luke and although I was always a regular walker, I've never felt this great and can confidently say it's because of Luke and Bullseye Personal Fitness.
